What do I do when my loved one has passed?
When you need us, just call our funeral care team – available any time, day or night. Your personal arranger will gather a few details, explain the process, and answer your questions, all while making arrangements as simple as possible for you. Once we know what's needed, we'll carefully take your loved one into our care and begin the cremation process. We'll help you with all the necessary paperwork and keep you updated. After the cremation, we'll return the ashes to you and send the death certificate. Our commitment is to make this process as smooth and respectful as possible.
Do I have to pay upfront?
We ask the payment be made the same day the pickup is scheduled. Our online system makes paying convenient with multiple payment methods available. We know paying for a funeral can be unsettling so if you have any questions about this, please give our team a call.
Are you available to collect any time?
Yes our team will collect anytime, day or night and transport your loved one to the crematorium near you. There may be circumstances where the schedules are dictated by the location, for example a hospital may have dedicated hours. All that to say, we will always collect as soon as possible – and there are never any out of hours hidden fees.
